When I’m selling at pop up shops, I’m often asked where else people can find my bags. Currently, my bags available at only one physical location, The Makery.
The Makery is such a special place, combining an open art studio and artist marketplace. They host several specialized events and offers various art classes and workshops. Additionally, makers from all around the area have their work available for sale in the Makery Market.
I started selling there last April and just delivered a batch of my one-of-a-kind, limited quantity bags made from upcycled materials for the summer! More than likely, you won’t find anything there that is available in my online shop. You never know what other treasures you may find from local sellers. Also, if you are short on time to buy a gift, you can find great products from many local Etsy shop owners without waiting for shipping. I should add that artists often make more money if you buy from them directly. But, no matter where you buy, you'll be supporting your local businesses.
If you’re in the area, come check out all of the unique things The Makery offers and remember to #ShopLocal.
